Kapitol Klowns

Kapitol Klowns is a not for profit organization for clowns in the Maryland / Washington, DC area. Kapitol Klowns members provide community service by offering their clown services to other nonprofit organizations and by participating in area parades. Kapitol Klowns provides its members with a social network and learning opportunities to grow their skills.

The Kapitol Klowns are a member of Clowns of America, International as COAI Alley #6.

April 2013
Updated the calendar of events and added information about the Kapitol Klowns Mid-East Clown Convention 2013: Carnival.

March 2013
The Kapitol Klowns have decided to postpone the classes until some future date.

January 2013
The Kapitol Klowns had to reschedule the clown classes. The classes will now run for six weeks on Monday nights beginning on Monday, February 25, 2013. Download the Flyer for details.

December 2012
The Kapitol Klowns, the second oldest, active clown alley in Clowns of America, International (COAI) will be offering Clowining 101 Classes for anyone interested in becoming a clown. The series of six classes will start on Wednesday, January 9th, 2013 and be held at the College Park United Methodist Church in College Park, MD. See the Calendar for more details
